感应弹头灯1工作原理：

当抬起L杆时“1”灯就会灭掉，表示没料了，此时机器会冲孔送料过来。

当L 杆放下时，“1“灯会亮起表示此时有料，冲孔机无需冲孔及送料。

Sensor head light 1 working principle:

When the L bar is put down, "1" Light " will be on. It shows that there is material at this time, and the hole punching machine will automaitc not punching and feeding.

感应弹头灯2工作原理：

当成型运行后，冲孔冲好的料带不够时，料带就会被挂起（料带离开地面），此时“2“灯就是亮，表示前方无料，成型主机自动暂时停止工作。

而当前方料带够多时（料带抵地面），些时“2“灯是灭的，表示前方有料，成型主机自动开始运作。

Sensor head light 2 working principle:

When the forming is running and the punched strip is not enough, the strip will be hung up (the material strip leaves the ground). At this time, light "2" will be on, it indicating that there is no material feeding, at this time, roll forming machine automatically stops working temporarily.

When raw material strip is available (the material strip touch the ground), the light "2" will be off, indicating that there is enough material in front, so, the roll forming machine will automatically starts to running.

上面标1的那个灯是连接液压冲机的，所以它的三根线连在PLC1电柜里，分别对就的是：蓝色连接0V, 黑色连接X01, 棕色连接24V.

下面标2的那个灯是连接辊轮成型主机的，所以它的三根线连在PLC2电柜里，分别对就的是：蓝色连接0V, 黑色连接X02, 棕色连接24V.

The light 1 is connected to the hydraulic hole punch machine, so its three lines are connected in the PLC1 electric cabinet, and the right connect : blue cable connection 0V, black connection X01, brown connection 24V.

The light 2 is connected to the roller forming, so its three wires are connected in the PLC2 electrical cabinet, and the connection is: blue connection 0V, black connection X02, brown connection 24V.
