How to bending Cabinet enclosure ?

How to bending distribution box, steel enclosure box?

Option1, Bending desk wiht tooling. hydraulic power, manual operation.



This steel enclosure box bending process problem is precision not high and production slowly.
Small quatity is enclosure bending idea is okay.


Option 2, Steel enclosure box bending device setting on cabinet enclosure production line.

This cabinet enclosure frame bending device can process big size cabinet, and easy operation. Bending corner precision is high.

Forming and Bending Box Accuracy
a. Shear length tolerance: ≤ ± 0.5mm / m
b. Width tolerance: ≤ ± 0.5mm
c. Sickle curve: ≤2mm / m
d. Burr: ≤0.1mm (new blade cutting ordinary carbon steel plate with reasonable clearance)

For example, Power distribution box production line can do cabinet dimensions height adjustable 300-1200mm, depth adjustable 160-400mm.and length not limited.
