How to producing different handrails pipe in one roll forming machine
There are 3 handrails can be made by this machine. Size from left to right is 57mm, 50mm, 75mm raw material. Because 57mm handrail this shape bottom is concave. So, we have to add 2 roller station for process this bottom concave. Below 2 roller station is for prcess 57mm concave shape. So, when you producing 50mm or 75mm, please take out movable roller (left side). And when producing 57mm, you show install back this roller station.
